PACE offers brand guardianship services through its Consulting Services Division.
Our strengths: Rich experience in the strict application of corporate tone and identity standards on both text and graphics, especially logo elements, their colors and reproduction rules.
Care is taken to ensure that all text in corporate communication follows approved corporate tone – authoritative, informative, breezy, entertaining – and language standards – UK or US English – as may be laid down in the client's corporate identity standards, and if not, to develop such standards as we go along. Care is also taken to ensure that all logo reproduction follows defined colors, dimensions, proportions, and other reproduction rules laid down in the corporate identity manuals.
Modus operandi: Brand guardianship generally forms part of a larger CorCom retainer agreement bound by non-disclosure and confidentiality clauses which allows PACE to function as part of your organization. Under the agreement, PACE oversees all print and other communication emanating from the corporate to ensure maintenance of standards and non-dilution of brand in the communication.
